Shipping costs & delivery

Shipping is charged at a base cost of £3.80 for the first item, with a reduced (tiered) rate for each additional item (see above). Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days within the UK, though times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Claims and returns

Please inspect your products upon arrival and contact us within two days if there are any issues with your order. We will do our best to resolve any problems in line with our terms and conditions; however, requests made after five days will not be accepted.

All returns must be authorised in advance. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. In cases where returns are approved for reasons other than product defects or our error, a restocking fee of 20% will apply, and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

We generally accept returns for defective products. Defective items will be replaced or credited accordingly. If an error has been made on our part, we will rectify it promptly at no additional cost. For goods that are damaged or lost in transit, please report the issue immediately to the carrier and retain all original packaging until the carrier has completed their inspection.

Additional terms

Any terms proposed or used by buyers related to product purchases will not override these terms and conditions unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Product prices and quantities are subject to change without notice.
