Shipping costs & delivery

All orders are shipped from our Hertfordshire base. Shipping fees start at £3.50 for the first item, with reduced rates for additional items (see above). Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days within the UK. Shipping times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Claims and returns

Please inspect products upon arrival and contact us within two days if there are any issues with your order. We will do our best to resolve problems in line with our terms and conditions, but requests made after five days will not be accepted.

Returns require prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. In special cases where returns are authorised for reasons other than product defects or our error, a restocking fee of 20% applies, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Generally, returns are accepted for defective products. Defective items will be replaced or credited. If there is an error on our part, we will correct it promptly at no extra cost. For goods damaged or lost in transit, please file a claim immediately with the carrier and do not dispose of the original packaging until inspected by the carrier.

Additional terms

Any terms proposed or used by buyers related to product purchases will not override these terms and conditions unless explicitly agreed to in writing. Product prices and quantities are subject to change without notice.
