Our goal at TeesOrama is to provide products as advertised and best shipping of orders possible. We are geared toward quality service over speed. Due to the nature of our products and the work involved during certain times of the year, order processing times may be longer than expected.

Please check with us for current order processing and transit times. If time is of essence, we will do our best to expedite orders when asked. However, this is not always possible where contributing factors are external and are beyond our control.

- Claims and Returns

Products purchased from our website should be inspected upon arrival in case of any problems or concerns. If there are any problems with your order, you must contact us within two days of receipt. We will do our best to correct any issues within the scope of our terms and conditions but we will not under any circumstances extend this policy beyond 5 days and requests after that will not be honored.

Returns of good purchased on our website require a prior agreement with us and any unauthorised returns will not be accepted. In special circumstances where a return is authorised for reasons other than product defects or provider error, a restocking charge of 20% will be applied and all return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

In general returns are accepted for defective products but reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate other problems if notice is given within the specified time. If the product is defective, it will be replaced or a credit will be issued. If there is an error in your order caused by us, we will correct the problem promptly at no extra charge. If goods are damaged or misplaced in transit, be sure to file a claim with the carrier or shipping company immediately. In this case, do not destroy the original packaging pending carrier inspection.
